Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new corporate accounts and retaining existing clients to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and negotiate client proposals, pricing, and benefit packages in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, account reviews, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, and Account Management) to ensure seamless account implementation and servicing.
- Ensure compliance with Know-Your-Client (KYC), company policies, governance standards, and contract requirements.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, utilization reports, client presentations, and other business reports.
- Lead product campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and promotional activities to increase market awareness.
- Support payment collections, resolve client concerns, and serve as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) during the Business Development Manager's absence.
- Act as the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) for C4C/SAP and support automation initiatives.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Account Executive, Accounts Officer, or in a similar sales/account management role.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, account acquisition, client relationship management, and contract negotiation.
- Experience in preparing proposals, pricing recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or any related 4-year course .
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/SAP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused, results-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
