The vacancy falls under CleanCurrent Renewable Energy, Inc. (CREI), a subsidiary of PGPC.
The successful candidate will support the evaluation, development, execution, and management of CleanCurrent's renewable energy projects. He will be responsible for financial analysis, commercial structuring, transaction execution, contract management, and cross-functional coordination to advance projects from development through commercial operation.
The Role
- Evaluates renewable energy investment and development opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
- Supports the execution of project acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships
- Assists in the negotiation and management of commercial agreements, including land, development, EPC, and power offtake contracts
- Coordinates with internal teams, consultants, lenders, regulators, and business partners to ensure timely delivery of commercial milestones
- Prepares investment papers, management presentations, and reports to support key business decisions
- Monitors industry, regulatory, and market developments affecting the company's renewable energy portfolio
- Performs other commercial and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Head of Commercial
The Individual
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 4–7 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or project development
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to be based in Makati City, with extensive travel to project sites
