Job Description

As the markets partner LCH Ltd ensure that they maintain a robust and resilient environment across all their business lines. The CEO Office supports all areas of the business and corporate functions ensuring that risks are identified and mitigated in line with both Policy and Regulations. The CEO Office is responsible for central initiatives, governance and monitoring and the role holder will work extensively with the LCH Ltd business lines, shared operations and the C-Suite as well as within the wider LSEG community.

Key responsibilities of the role:

Support the LCH Ltd CEO office to maintain good governance in both day to day and projects.

  • Providing support to the CEO office in the preparation of presentation and reports
  • Support the Programme Director by maintaining PMO responsibilities which include:
    • provide support and tracking for projects including milestones and delivery plans
    • prepare and maintain project updates in clarity
    • prepare and maintain financial forecast in clarity and ensure all relevant timesheets and invoices are processed in line with budget
    • production of project related reporting and associated Programme Board materials
    • maintain issue logs
  • Assist with support for key CEO Office managed projects and initiatives, this can include participating and ensuring delivery of items
Other Responsibilities

  • Assist with ad hoc information requests and reports as required
  • Provide support and back up coverage of the attestation function

Experience and skills required:

  • Experience in similar function within the financial services environment demonstrating a strong PM/ PMO background
  • PRINCE2 foundation qualification would be an advantage

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise; ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a small team environment, building and maintaining a network of contacts and liaising with a large number of stakeholders.
  • Strong writing and minuting skills will be an advantage

Behavioural Skills

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a positive work attitude.
  • Solve complex problems and bring new perspectives to existing solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, good attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
