Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Accounting will assist the Senior Manager, Accounting in overseeing the branch's accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that audit procedures are strictly followed and resolved by Accounting Associates and Accounting Assistants
  • Review Accounting Staffs compliance with administrative policies and issue notices of violation when needed
  • Prepare timely regulatory and financial reports, and forward to direct superior for further review and approval
  • Plan, lead, organize and control the work done by Accounting Associates and Accounting Assistants

Qualifications:

  • BS Degree graduate in Accountancy
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of two (2) years supervisory / audit experience
