Job Description

The Assistant Mall Manager is responsible for overseeing mall operations by monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing information related to the utilization of physical facilities, compliance with operational standards, workforce and personnel efficiency, and other key areas that impact operational and strategic performance. The role ensures the achievement of regional mall targets within the guidelines and directives set by top management and in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards, and practices, as well as applicable government laws, rules, and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Mall Manager in driving mall performance by implementing strategies that sustain income growth, manage costs efficiently, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Assists in overseeing property management activities to maintain facilities, utilities, and amenities that enhance the mall's value and overall customer experience.
  • Helps manage tenant relations and lease operations to achieve high occupancy, ensure compliance with standards, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards through accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Contributes to people management by guiding and supporting mall personnel, fostering teamwork, and promoting professional growth through coaching and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any other related course.
  • An extensive experience and proven track-record in the field of retail, mall operations, property management, or a related industry.
  • With excellent communication skills, good business acumen, ability to build relationships and results-driven.
