Job Description

As an Assistant Mall Manager, you'll work closely with our Mall Manager to help create an amazing shopping experience! You'll supervise staff, maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensure safety and security, manage budgets, and support marketing efforts. We're looking for someone who loves working with a team, is a great communicator, and can adapt to new challenges. Come join us in creating an amazing shopping experience for our customers!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze mall operations, including facility utilization and workforce deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations.
  • Review operational data to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to align mall performance with regional objectives.
  • Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Experience Requirement:

  • An extensive experience and proven track-record in the field of Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service and Business Operations in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization.

Educational Requirement:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or any other related course.

Work Location:

  • Candidate must be willing to work in SM City Clark.
