Position

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Experience in supervisory level
Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of working experience
Considerable knowledge of the tools, equipment, materials, methods, and standard practices of the trade

Duties And Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing daily work schedule/output
Assist in studying new product samples/drawings
Assist in computing/preparing data needed to be submitted to sales for quotation purposes
Assist in making mould design for new moulds; prepare materials and working drawings
Attend MANCOM meetings representing departmental concerns
Assist in implementing company policies and regulations
Conduct meetings with the team to update projects/job orders
Recommend to management possible solutions to certain problems
Attend to customer technical concerns
Review and discuss machinist performance evaluations
Review manpower requirements vs workload
