Assistant Learning and Development Manager

OVERVIEW:

• To design, develop, and deliver training programs to employees in order to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance;
• To work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create curriculum, and facilitate engaging learning experiences;
• To evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement; and
• To help maintain a clean and safe working environment for the employees.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Qualifications

• With at least 5 years of experience in training and development.
• Work experience in other HR Functions (Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement) is an advantage
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management or other related course
• Candidates who came from an Insurance company that designs and role out training materials are welcome to apply.

Knowledge

• Instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training methodologies
• MS Office applications
