Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Provides design coordination, review and monitoring of external ID consultants deliverables,

such as but not limited to the following:

Facilitates design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, Project Development group and other departments

Reviews the following documents:

  1. Inter-office memos for ID recommendations to be approved by top management;
  2. Initial ID layouts/test-fits as needed
  3. Notice to Proceed and Letter of Award;
  4. Necessary document attachments of consultant's progress billings;
  5. Proposals/contracts

Reviews interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultant for accuracy and completeness

Reviews accreditations, contracts and billings of external ID consultant

Manages ID consultant's timeliness in providing design deliverables

Participates in interior design standardization efforts

Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate supervisor

Qualifications

  • Licensed Interior Designer/Interior Architect
  • 4+ Years of work experience in Project/Design Management field; real estate developer work experience is a plus
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
  • Strength in Design Management, plan review and coordination
  • Highly organized with keen eye for detail
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Emotional Intelligence, adaptability, curiosity & life-long learning, innovative, collaborative.
