Assistant Finance Manager (Full Set Accounts)
Salary: $5,000 - $6,000 + Performance Bonus

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to support the financial operations of a well-established and growing business with interests across F&B and wellness sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the Finance Manager in overseeing the company's full finance and accounting functions.
- Manage the full set of accounts, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- General Ledger (GL)
- Bank Reconciliations
- Fixed Assets Management
- Month-End Closing
- Financial Statement Preparation
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly management reports, financial analyses, and performance insights.
- Review and enhance accounting policies, financial controls, and operational procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor budget utilization and support financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee credit control processes and cash flow management.
- Support financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve finance operations through system enhancements and automation.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to support financial decision-making and business growth.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience handling full-set accounts and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in month-end closing and management reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
