Job Description

Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
  • With at least 5 to 8 years of related work experience in accounting or financial

analysis.

  • Preferably a Certified Public Account and with experience in preparing

financial statements.

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation, BIR compliance and audit processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, financial systems and accounting

softwares such as QuickBooks and SAP.

  • Familiarity with government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), payroll

processing, and statutory compliance.

  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual

financial reports.

  • Support the development of financial statements in compliance with local

accounting standards.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and ensure proper

classification of all financial transactions.

  • Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating department inputs and

ensuring accuracy.

  • Track actual performance against budget and report variances to

management.

  • Oversee timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances or discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and regulatory

requirements.

  • Prepare and file tax returns and other government-required submissions.
  • Support the Finance Manager in mentoring and training the finance officer

and finance specialists.

Salary Range: 55k to 65k
