Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
- With at least 5 to 8 years of related work experience in accounting or financial
analysis.
- Preferably a Certified Public Account and with experience in preparing
financial statements.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Taxation, BIR compliance and audit processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, financial systems and accounting
softwares such as QuickBooks and SAP.
- Familiarity with government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), payroll
processing, and statutory compliance.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial reports.
- Support the development of financial statements in compliance with local
accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger and ensure proper
classification of all financial transactions.
- Support the annual budgeting process by consolidating department inputs and
ensuring accuracy.
- Track actual performance against budget and report variances to
management.
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding balances or discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory reporting, and regulatory
requirements.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other government-required submissions.
- Support the Finance Manager in mentoring and training the finance officer
and finance specialists.
Salary Range: 55k to 65k
