Job Description

  • Assist in the installation, commissioning,maintenance, and testing of equipment.
  • Prepare and compile field service reports afterequipment servicing.
  • Provide technical and engineering support forproducts, services, and equipment by responding to customer inquiries andrequests.
  • Coordinate job arrangements and work schedules.
  • Maintain and update product databases andrelated documentation.
  • Continuously maintain and improve professionaland technical knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or higher.
  • Basic knowledge of 3-phase electrical connections.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Additional Notes:

  • Opportunities for overseas training and assignments.
  • On-the-job and safety training will be provided.
