Job Summary

Support construction project execution by developing schedules, supervising site activities, managing subcontractors, resolving technical issues, and assisting with progress claims and variation orders.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project timelines and work schedules to ensure timely completion of construction phases
Prepare accurate shop drawings to guide on-site construction activities
Supervise daily on-site operations to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards
Manage subcontractors and vendors to coordinate resources and deliverables effectively
Prepare look-ahead two-week schedules to anticipate upcoming tasks and resource needs
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize project delays
Assist the Project Manager in preparing monthly progress claim submissions to support project financial tracking
Support the Project Manager in detailing and processing site variation orders to reflect changes in project scope
