FUNCTIONS
1. Ensure all external and internal reports and requirements are addressed and submitted, correctly and on-time
2. Schedules training, prepares logistics, and address concerns that might arise before during and after each training (logistics/resources wise)
3. Documents and create reports, training attendance, evaluation, pre-test and post-test
4. Assist the DST on training implementation and planning
5. Conduct audits on displays and monitor sales and training performance of Marketing Professionals, provide recommendation, presents action plan and improvement and execute programs that will improve the training process and knowledge of MPs.
6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
A graduate of any 4- year business related course
Has advance knowledge in Google and Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and communication skills
Experience in the same field is an advantage
