Job Description

A leading renewable energy company in the Philippines is currently seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to strengthen their team in Makati City!

Job Overview

The successful candidate will support the evaluation, development, execution, and management renewable energy projects. He will be responsible for financial analysis, commercial structuring, transaction execution, contract management, and cross-functional coordination to advance projects from development through commercial operation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates renewable energy investment and development opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis

• Supports the execution of project acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships

• Assists in the negotiation and management of commercial agreements, including land, development, EPC, and power offtake contracts

• Coordinates with internal teams, consultants, lenders, regulators, and business partners to ensure timely delivery of commercial milestones

• Monitors industry, regulatory, and market developments affecting the company's renewable energy portfolio

Required Qualification / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline

• At least 4–7 years of relevant experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or project development

• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial acumen
