Experience:4–5 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute industrial civil construction activities.
• Manage RCC works including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and pedestals.
• Read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and construction schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and resolve site-related technical issues.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of RCC, concrete, reinforcement, and shuttering works.
• Good understanding of industrial construction and site execution.
• AutoCAD and MS Excel knowledge.
• Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
