General Duties
1. In charge of land prospecting, document gathering, financial and technical evaluation of proposed properties for acquisition.
2. To be delegated major tasks by the Manager or Senior Manager for Business Planning and Development for requirements pertaining to land prospecting and acquisition, business research, regional expansion efforts and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the SM Group
Detailed Duties
1. Review all offers submitted to SMDC upon clearance by the Manager/ Senior Manager and VP for Business Planning and Development.
2. Gather all documentary requirements from the brokers and/or land owners in preparation for presentation and approval by management.
3. Coordinate and manage the land owners and brokers, as well as with PDG, SHDC, Legal, Engineering, Permits and other departments involved in SMDC & SMPH, during the land acquisition process.
4. Assist the Manager / Senior Manager/ VP for Business Planning and Development in preparation of the presentation materials for Land Acquisition, Excom and Family Board presentations.
5. Prepares initial financial feasibility study/ financial runs to determine economic viability of the property being offered.
6. Conducts ocular inspection and prepares site assessment report as part of the evaluation of the property
7. Once approved by Excom or Family Board, prepares all documentary requirements for turn-over to Documentation and Closing Group (DAC).
8. Conducts market research, industry report, market valuation and competitor scan, as requested by management.

1. Good oral and written communication skills
2. Proficiency in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Education
Graduate of Business Management / Economics / Finance or related courses
Experience
1. With at least three (3) years experience in real estate industry
2. With background in research and financial modelling
