What You'll Do

  • Support the processing of new business, policy renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to Senior Account Executives and the broader broker team
  • Prepare and issue insurance documentation, invoices, and policy-related correspondence
  • Liaise with insurers and internal stakeholders to manage policy updates and client enquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

Key Criteria


  • Prior experience of at least 2-4 years in insurance broking support or processing admin preferably in Australian Insurance background.
  • Sound understanding of insurance products, policy administration and processes.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks

Work setup:


Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6am - 3pm, PHT) with fully remote work setup.
