Brand Manager (Cosmetics & Personal Care)
Role Overview
As the Brand Manager, you will be the primary architect of growth for Suyen Corporation's beauty and personal care portfolio. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, transforming consumer insights into tangible products and driving market-leading campaigns. Your mission is to ensure our brands remain the top choice for the modern Filipino consumer through innovation, strategic positioning, and impeccable execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Development (NPD)
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization to phase-out.
- Collaborate with R&D and supply chain to develop high-quality formulations, packaging, and scents that align with brand identity.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify the next big thing in the global and local beauty landscape.
2. Brand & Marketing Excellence
- Develop and execute 360-degree marketing plans (Digital, ATL, BTL, and PR).
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring the visual identity and tone of voice resonate with the target demographic.
- Lead the creative direction for product launches, photoshoots, and in-store merchandising.
3. Commercial Growth & Portfolio Management
- Analyze monthly sales performance and market share data to optimize the product mix.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring high Return on Investment (ROI) for every campaign.
- Work closely with the Retail and E-commerce teams to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
4. Stakeholder & Influencer Relations
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Oversee the influencer and K-Beauty/Global trend integration strategy to maintain brand hype and credibility.
