Job Description

A fast-growing consumer-driven organization is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will support brand-building initiatives, campaign execution, and innovation projects across key product categories. The role is ideal for marketing professionals with strong experience in integrated campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional stakeholder management.

What You'll Do

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
  • Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, trade, PR, and consumer touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency of brand communication and visual identity standards.

Product Innovation & Launches

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of new product development and launch initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive timely implementation of innovation projects and market rollouts.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Research, Supply Chain, Creative Agencies, and external partners for campaign execution.
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials and launch requirements with suppliers and agencies.
  • Support preparation of business review presentations, campaign updates, and marketing reports.

Business & Market Analysis

  • Track campaign effectiveness, pricing movements, and brand performance indicators.
  • Consolidate and analyze sales and market data to support business recommendations and planning activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Campaign Management, or Product Innovation.
  • Background from FMCG, food & beverage, restaurant or consumer-focused industries is an advantage.
  • Experience handling integrated campaigns, product launches, or innovation initiatives.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
