A fast-growing consumer-driven organization is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager who will support brand-building initiatives, campaign execution, and innovation projects across key product categories. The role is ideal for marketing professionals with strong experience in integrated campaigns, product launches, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
What You'll Do
Brand & Campaign Management
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
- Assist in planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, media, trade, PR, and consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication and visual identity standards.
Product Innovation & Launches
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of new product development and launch initiatives.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive timely implementation of innovation projects and market rollouts.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Research, Supply Chain, Creative Agencies, and external partners for campaign execution.
- Coordinate development of marketing materials and launch requirements with suppliers and agencies.
- Support preparation of business review presentations, campaign updates, and marketing reports.
Business & Market Analysis
- Track campaign effectiveness, pricing movements, and brand performance indicators.
- Consolidate and analyze sales and market data to support business recommendations and planning activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Campaign Management, or Product Innovation.
- Background from FMCG, food & beverage, restaurant or consumer-focused industries is an advantage.
- Experience handling integrated campaigns, product launches, or innovation initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
