Job Description:

Responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the store to maximize opportunities. The role is likewise responsible in the branch's delivery of seamless customer service by managing the branch's resources and ensuring the upkeep of the store's facilities and equipment in collaboration with the different units within the store and the Mall.

Responsibilities:

  • Control OPEX
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Manage personnel
  • Maintain Receiving and Delivery Unit (RDU) and Warehouse
  • Ensure security, repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate with Mall
  • Lead development of the team

Qualifications:

  • With Bachelor's degree preferably in Business Studies, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent
  • With at least 2 3 years relevant experience in Sales, Leasing, Management or Marketing in a Senior Management capacity, able to conceptualize and implement attainable sales and marketing strategies, with proven track record in sales and customer service, with background in business development and project management
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and people management skills
