Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accounting Manager to join our finance team. This role is best suited for accounting professionals with a strong technical background and experience in the travel management industry, particularly in handling foreign currency transactions and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Accounting Manager in managing daily accounting operations
  • Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports
  • Monitor and process foreign exchange transactions across multiple countries
  • Ensure accurate and timely compliance with BIR and statutory requirements
  • Analyze financial data and support management decision-making
  • Improve accounting systems, workflows, and reporting processes
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting staff

Qualifications


  • Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
  • CPA preferred but not mandatory
  • Must have experience in a travel agency or travel management environment
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of technical accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with foreign exchange and multi-currency accounting
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
