Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily accounting operations, including data entry and reconciliations
  • Monitoring inbox and answering queries as required
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and manage expense claims
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records
  • Support payroll & clinician pay processing
  • Prepare basic financial reports and schedules as requested
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team

Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Previous experience in an accounting or finance support role is preferred

Skills & Competencies


  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, or similar)
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
