Assistant Account Success Specialist (Up to ₱40K | Work-from-Home | FREE AI Certification)

Philippines | Work-from-Home | 11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time | Monday–Friday

You own a defined slate of account operations tasks — accurate data entry, certificate intake, carrier document processing, and renewal support — that keep a U.S. insurance brokerage's client servicing engine running on time. Your work follows established workflows in Applied Epic, carrier requirements, and turnaround standards aligned with client expectations.

This is not a generalist admin role. You operate within structured queues, coordinate with carriers and internal account teams, and are trusted to deliver accurate, deadline-driven output across overlapping requests. Best suited for professionals who thrive in detail-heavy environments, value process discipline, and prefer clear quality standards over ambiguity.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

  • 2+ years in insurance account support, policy administration, certificate processing, or U.S./AU/UK account servicing operations
  • Hands-on experience with Applied Epic, AMS360, EPIC, Sagitta, or a comparable agency management system
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PowerPoint slide editing, formatting, and content structuring
  • Experience producing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), Vehicle ID cards, or carrier documentation against defined turnaround windows
  • Willingness to work a permanent night shift (11:00 PM–8:00 AM PH Time) aligned with U.S. business hours from a stable home-office setup

Strong Signals

  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance brokerage, agency, or carrier
  • Working knowledge of commercial lines (P&C) workflows — renewals, endorsements, COIs, and auto ID cards
  • Experience with proposal preparation, RFP responses, or formatting client-facing presentations
  • Familiarity with carrier portals, document management systems, and policy data sources
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate document review, drafting, and quality checks

Responsibility Pillars

Data Management & Carrier Documentation

You own the accuracy of client data and carrier records that account managers rely on every day.

  • Input and update client data in Applied Epic with high accuracy
  • Process incoming carrier documents and route them to the right account team
  • Maintain naming conventions, file structures, and version control
  • Flag discrepancies before they reach the account manager

Certificate & Policy Operations

You handle the steady flow of certificate, ID card, and renewal requests that keep clients compliant and covered.

  • Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance based on policy data and holder requirements
  • Process Vehicle ID card requests within defined turnaround windows
  • Verify policy details against source documents before issuance
  • Drive renewal support tasks including data refresh, document gathering, and carrier coordination

Reporting & Presentation Support

You convert raw policy and account data into clean reports and client-ready slides.

  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and recurring reports
  • Update and format PowerPoint presentations to current brand and content standards
  • Structure information clearly and logically for account reviews and proposals
  • Incorporate feedback from team members to align with messaging goals

Workflow Quality & Continuous Improvement

You own the quality bar on every task you touch — and look for ways to make the workflow tighter.

  • Complete user requests within specified turnaround times
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, escalating when needed
  • Respond quickly and professionally to internal and external requests
  • Surface opportunities to streamline repetitive workflows
