Job Description

STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (covering Knowledge and Skills, Problem Solving and Accountability)

  • Develop and execute sales plans and strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value of our cybersecurity solutions. Conducts sales presentations and demos to prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, influencers, and channel partners.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor pipeline activity, manage accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support the team in closing complex deals, assisting in negotiations and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to tailor cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, products, and competitive landscape.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members on product knowledge, sales strategies, and pipeline management.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to senior management. (e.g. monthly business reviews, quarterly reviews, etc.)
  • Assist in forecasting and achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain and grow a select portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Participate in planning sessions and contribute to business development initiatives.
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned
