What You'll Do
- Manage pre-renewal and renewal communications with clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Maintain accurate policy records, file notes, and documentation in line with company processes.
- Re-market renewals by obtaining quotations from insurers and documenting outcomes on insurance platforms.
- Review and negotiate policy coverage, premiums, excess, and terms to provide suitable solutions for clients.
- Support the Claims Team by gathering information and assisting clients throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate closely with the team and Team Leader to support daily operations and shared business goals.
Key Criteria
- Possess minimum 4-6 years of working experience in insurance broking support and insurance administration preferably in Australian market.
- Strong understanding of policy processing, renewals, invoicing, and general insurance administration.
- Experience using insurance platforms such as Insight, Winbeat, or similar broking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe, and professional document preparation.
- Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm local time) with 100% work from home upon completing 6 months probationary period on hybrid set up.
