You set the operational pace for how internal assets remain tracked, secured, and ready for deployment as the organization scales. You own the end-to-end asset lifecyclefrom technical verification and deployment to retrieval and disposalensuring business continuity is never interrupted by inventory gaps or documentation errors.

This is not a passive stockroom role. You lead from the ground, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and couriers to maintain a high-integrity audit trail of all company resources. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, technical precision, and a role that directly impacts internal operational readiness.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 2+ years of experience in Asset Management, IT Support, or Logistics in a structured BPO or corporate environment.
• Direct ownership of asset tracking, including tagging, documentation, and condition reporting.
• Technical proficiency in inspecting IT equipment and managing warranty/repair workflows with vendors.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume logistics, including courier coordination and inter-building transfers.
• Ability and willingness to work fully onsite in Cebu City on a fixed night shift (9 PM6 AM).

Strong Signals

• Previous experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Procurement.
• High proficiency in Excel or asset management software/ERP systems.
• Experience managing night-shift site operations or logistics.

Responsibility PillarsAsset Lifecycle Management

You own the technical integrity and availability of company equipment from deployment to disposal.

• Execute end-to-end asset deployment and retrieval workflows.
• Conduct high-precision inspections of equipment, documenting conditions via photo/video audits.
• Manage the disposal and decommissioning of end-of-life assets per company policy.

Logistics & Inventory Governance

You transform physical movement into structured data, ensuring the digital audit trail is 100% accurate.

• Oversee all inter-building transfers and courier shipments.
• Maintain real-time updates in the asset database, including tagging and status changes.
• Issue mandatory documentation, including Gate Passes and Asset Transfer Request Forms.

Vendor & Technical Coordination

You bridge the gap between internal needs and external providers to ensure equipment uptime.

• Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims, repairs, and performance monitoring.
• Respond to asset-related support tickets with technical accuracy and speed.
• Execute routine preventive maintenance checks on site-based equipment.
