Asset Support Engineer Job Description

Asset Support Engineer is responsible for monitoring hybrid energy systems, detecting faults, and performing initial issue triage to ensure optimal asset performance. This role involves analyzing system alerts, identifying potential issues, and escalating critical faults to L1L2 Senior Engineers based on assessment. The position requires experience in control center operations or system triage, with exposure to fault monitoring in energy systems. Experience with solar generation and integration is an advantage.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically inclined, and comfortable working in a monitoring environment that supports operational continuity.
