You own the structural integrity and financial visibility of every physical and digital asset that powers GoTeam's internal operations. You are not a coordinator or support person; you are the lead operator responsible for the entire asset lifecyclefrom procurement and deployment to auditing and decommissioning. You eliminate operational waste and security risks by enforcing disciplined inventory controls and providing leadership with the data needed to make high-stakes investment decisions.

This is an internal leadership role that exists to ensure that as GoTeam scales, our resource management remains lean, compliant, and interruption-free. Best suited for professionals who prefer hands-on ownership, value absolute data accuracy, and thrive in an environment where clear accountability is the standard.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have:

• 5+ years experience in asset management, operations, or related finance/IT role
• Hands-on experience with enterprise asset lifecycle management
• Data-driven decision-making skills with proven ability to monitor costs and optimize resources
• Comfortable with fully onsite setup in Cebu City (IT Park)
• Able to work early day shift (5:00 AM2:00 PM PH Time) consistently
• Strong coordination skills across Finance, IT, and Operations teams
• Proficiency in reporting, forecasting, and analysis tools (preferably AI-enabled dashboards)
• Structured, process-oriented, and accountable with clear ownership of outcomes

• Experience managing assets for a global BPO or a company with 1,000+ employees.
• Proficiency in forecasting asset needs based on historical growth data.
• Familiarity with IT asset management (ITAM) software or ERP asset modules.

Responsibility Pillars

Asset Lifecycle Governance

You own the cradle-to-grave process for all internal assets, ensuring every item is accounted for and optimized.

• Execute standardized procurement, tagging, and deployment protocols across all departments.
• Audit physical and digital inventory to ensure 100% accuracy and audit-readiness.
• Manage decommissioning and disposal of assets in compliance with data security and environmental standards.

Financial Optimization & Forecasting

You transform raw asset data into actionable financial insights that protect the company's bottom line.

• Monitor asset-related costs and identify opportunities for resource optimization or consolidation.
• Generate monthly reports on asset utilization, depreciation, and replacement cycles for Finance leadership.
• Partner with Operations to forecast asset requirements for upcoming scaling initiatives.

Process Architecture & Risk Control

You act as the guardian of company property, converting ad-hoc requests into structured, scalable SOPs.

• Design and enforce internal asset policies to reduce loss, redundancy, and operational risk.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure hardware security standards are met during asset handovers.
• Standardize the documentation for warranties, licenses, and service contracts to prevent coverage gaps.
