Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IBM Maximo solutions across asset management, work management, preventive maintenance, service management, inventory, and facilities management processes- .Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into Maximo configuration, including workflows, asset hierarchies, job plans, maintenance strategies, roles, security, and operational controls
- .Configure asset, location, inventory, and master data structures with appropriate governance and data quality controls to support safe, reliable, and auditable operations
- .Design and support integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems including ERP, supply chain, geographic information systems (GIS), operational technology (OT), field mobility, and data platforms
- .Support testing and deployment activities including test strategy, test execution, defect triage, cutover planning, environment readiness, and go-live support
- .Contribute to operating model uplift through process standardisation, user training, adoption, documentation, and transition to business-as-usual support using repeatable delivery patterns
