We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Acquisitions & Asset Management Analyst to join our team in a fully remote, offshore capacity. The analyst will support both acquisition activities and ongoing asset management across a diverse U.S. real estate portfolio.
Our client managed over $4 billion in asset value across multiple sectors in the United States, including multifamily, industrial, senior housing, and retail. This role provides broad exposure to real estate investment strategies, financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio performance oversight within a publicly traded company.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, update, and maintain financial models for real estate acquisitions and existing asset performance
- Underwrite new investment opportunities, including market research, rent analysis, due diligence, expense benchmarking, and return projections
- Analyze operational and financial data to evaluate property-level and portfolio-level performance
- Prepare investment memorandums, investor reporting, presentations, and decision-support materials
- Support annual budgeting, business plan reviews, and valuation processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in real estate (required)
- Proven background in real estate acquisitions, underwriting, or asset management
- Native or near-native English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
- Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
