Asset Management Analyst

Altus Capital Partners, a distinguished investor and asset manager specializing in special situations and structured finance in Southeast Asia, is seeking a talented Analyst to join our Asset Management team. This role is pivotal for our ongoing operations and expansion and is based at our BGC office in Manila.

Responsibilities Overview

• Overall support across Investment & Deal Portfolio Management and Asset Management teams;
• Database Management of the company's real estate assets;
• Perform market research and internal valuations on existing properties;
• Financial modelling on new opportunities relating to existing assets;
• Portfolio sales support by partnering with the Real Estate Sales Management team including the updating of property profiles and coordination with external brokers, third party vendors, transaction counterparties and clients;
• Review of sales and lease documents in relation to existing properties;
• Assistance with quarterly Investor Reporting;
• Preparation of internal reports, such as sales reports, receivable monitoring and collection reports - to be presented to management;
• Work collaboratively with team members from different departments ; and
• Think strategically about improving company operations.
