About The Role
Were looking for an
Asset & Collections Specialist to safeguard OneLots loan portfolio. You will conduct field visits to follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment terms, and assess the condition of financed vehicles. Your work will help ensure collection effectiveness while maintaining the physical integrity of our assets.
This role is ideal for someone confident handling borrower interactions, skilled in field inspections, and highly organized in reporting and follow-through.
What You Will Do
- Conduct home and business visits to follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment terms.
- Manage Promise-to-Pay (PTP) commitments and ensure proper documentation and follow-through.
- Inspect vehicles tied to current and past-due accounts and document their condition accurately.
- Submit timely reports, updates, and visit photos using mobile reporting tools or Google Forms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts on barangay endorsements, demand letters, or repossession/legal follow-ups.
- Maintain professionalism during difficult borrower conversations and dispute resolution.
- Utilize navigation and communication tools effectively during fieldwork (Google Maps/Waze, messaging apps).
- Identify and report discrepancies between declared and actual collateral conditions.
What We Will Need
- 2+ years of experience in collections, credit investigation, or fieldwork, preferably in auto or secured lending.
- Experience in skip tracing or barangay coordination is a plus.
- Familiarity with vehicle inspection, automotive maintenance, or appraisal.
- Skilled in handling PTPs and negotiating payment terms professionally.
- Able to conduct field inspections and report discrepancies in collateral conditions.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficient with mobile reporting tools, Google Forms, Excel, and navigation apps.
- Willingness to travel extensively; preferably with own motorcycle/vehicle and a valid drivers license.
- College graduate or at least college level.
