About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Asset and Facilities Manager to oversee the management of company assets and facilities, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, workplace safety, and cost optimization. This role will lead asset lifecycle management, facilities operations, vendor partnerships, and workplace initiatives that support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management
- Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including acquisition, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and conduct regular audits.
- Develop and implement asset management policies, controls, and best practices.
- Monitor asset utilization and recommend optimization or replacement strategies.
Facilities Management
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance, security, and workplace services.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs, office fit-outs, renovations, and space planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Support business continuity and workplace safety programs.
Vendor & Budget Management
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
- Develop and manage budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and develop the Asset and Facilities team.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver effective workplace and asset management solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, workplace operations, or related functions.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management, facilities operations, compliance, and workplace safety.
- Experience in vendor management, contract administration, and budget management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Professional certifications such as CFM, FMP, CPM, or equivalent.
- Experience in a Digital Bank, FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology-driven organization.
- Experience managing multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with ERP, CMMS, or asset management systems.
