Job Summary
The Asset and Investment Manager support the strategic, financial, operational, and legal management of the company's real estate portfolio. The role contributes to value creation by assisting in strategy formulation, asset performance evaluation, investment planning, and oversight of risk and compliance matters. It ensures that all asset-related activities, including acquisitions, redevelopment, divestment, record management, and valuation are documented, analyzed, and implemented in alignment with corporate objectives.
The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, regulators, and cross functional teams to provide insights, reports, and recommendations that strengthen the real estate portfolio's long‑term performance and sustainability.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
1-2 years experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or portfolio management
Practical experience supporting acquisitions, redevelopment, divestment, and capital investment evaluations
Working knowledge of real estate valuation methods and investment metrics
Experience preparing investment papers, financial models, and management reports
Familiarity with real estate documentation, ownership, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and reporting skills
Able to collaborate effectively with Finance, Legal, Property/Facilities Management, and external consultants
Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and sound professional judgment
Willing to be assigned in Makati City
