Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for asset accounting transformation
- Conduct process discovery and define global standard processes
- Collaborate with finance SMEs, IT teams, and external partners
- Oversee requirements lifecycle from design through testing and deployment
- Ensure alignment of system capabilities with business objectives
- Drive change management and stakeholder readiness initiatives

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Asset Accounting Transformation Manager Should Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 10+ years of accounting experience with asset accounting focus
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and accounting principles
- Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in transformation, process improvement, or projects
- Comfortable working in diverse, global environments
