Job Description

Assessment Specialist Support Advisor

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours, including weekends during peak periods of activity. Due to the nature of the team's work, it may be necessary to work on public and/or religious holidays.

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 24,000 to 30,000

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Assessment Specialist Support Advisor to join the AS Support team. What will you do as a Assessment Specialist Support Senior Support Advisor

Reporting to the AS Senior Support Advisor your accountabilities will include:

  • Deliver high-quality first-line support to Assessment Specialists across multiple channels, including troubleshooting and administrative support
  • Log, track and manage queries effectively, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution
  • Identify and escalate complaints or sensitive issues appropriately, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through process enhancements, knowledge content creation, and support for new initiatives

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Solid IT proficiency, including providing first-line support for systems and web-based applications
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume, varied workload
  • Customer-focused approach, with experience in a customer service or helpdesk environment

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Service Desk/Helpdesk environment or similar support role
  • Experience using CRM or call logging systems
  • Experience supporting customers from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of English proficiency
