Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Human Resources Manager. The role is based in Paraaque with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. As an Assistant Human Resources Manager, your responsibilities will include supporting HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
  • Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance
  • Skills in training and development, fostering employee engagement, and organizational development
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in HR management or a related role is a plus; proficiency with HR software is desirable
