Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to meet business objectives, collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective execution of tasks.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current systems, identify inefficiencies, and implement new procedures for better productivity and performance.
  • Budget & Finance: Manage departmental budgets, monitor financial reports, and control costs.
  • Staff & Leadership: Supervise department managers, set performance expectations, and foster employee development and motivation.
  • Quality & Compliance: Maintain operational standards, enforce policies, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships and contracts with third-party suppliers.
  • Client-Facing: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, address operational concerns, ensure service delivery meets agreed standards, and build strong professional relationships to support client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
