AI Research & Content Specialist (Graphic Design Support)
Overview:
We are looking for an AI Research & Content Specialist to support the Graphic Design team by conducting research and generating structured content using AI tools. This role bridges research, content preparation, and AI-assisted workflows to help streamline the creation of visual assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on assigned topics to support graphic design projects
- Translate research findings into clear, structured inputs for AI tools (e.g., Claude AI)
- Generate content, concepts, and diagram outlines using AI platforms
- Collaborate closely with the Graphic Design team to ensure outputs align with visual requirements
- Prepare briefs, references, and annotations for diagram creation and design execution
- Refine and iterate AI-generated outputs to improve clarity, accuracy, and usability
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of research and generated content
- Stay updated on AI tools and best practices to improve workflow efficiency
Scope of Work:
- Research and content generation will be handled by this role
- Diagram design and visual execution will be handled by the Graphic Designer
Qualifications:
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
- Ability to structure information clearly for design and visual interpretation
- Good written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience working with creative or design teams is a plus
Contract Details:
- Contract duration: 6 months
- Subject to extension based on performance and project requirements
