As an Artificial Intelligence Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Tax practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver software products that revolutionize industries and provide exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring teams to enhance their skills in software engineering and product innovation
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences and meet client needs
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality across systems
- Utilizing programming languages such as Python and SwiftUI to develop and maintain software applications
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software development
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Driving continuous integration and delivery processes to improve software development efficiency
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and implementing strategic solutions
- Engaging in client management to build and maintain strong relationships and address project challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
