This is a remote contract role for a Senior AI Agent Engineer (LLM Systems & Automation) based in the Philippines.

You’ll design and build production-grade agentic systems — with persistent memory, orchestration logic, vector-aware reasoning, and tool-based execution. You’ll work across cutting-edge LLMs, automation frameworks, and multimodal pipelines to help us deploy agents that operate autonomously, adapt intelligently, and deliver measurable value.

• Architecting and deploying autonomous agents with memory, decision-making, retries, and tool use
• Designing structured multi-step workflows using GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, Gemini 1.5, and o1/mini
• Building and maintaining integrations with Pinecone, Firebase Functions, Make/n8n, Playwright, Whisper, ElevenLabs
• Working with markdown-to-JSON pipelines, schema design, and AI-optimised structured outputs
• Collaborating with a small team on high-trust, high-visibility, real-world builds.
• We’re looking for engineers who’ve created live automations.

• Proven experience deploying live LLM agents (tool use, retries, memory, decision logic)
• Strong grasp of vector databases and embedding search (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Experience with Make, n8n, or custom orchestration systems
• Familiarity with Playwright for browser automation and test validation
• Understanding of multi-agent patterns (e.g. manager/worker, decentralised handoffs)
• Comfort working with Markdown → JSON → Schema workflows
• Experience with eval tooling: prompt scoring, structured output validation, model evaluation strategies
• Clarity in writing, communication, and technical documentation
• A portfolio, repo, or demo of a functioning agent system is highly preferred
