Position Summary:

• Designation: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

• Mandate Skill: Python Development Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Vector Databases & Embeddings LangChain, LangGraph, n8n & OpenAI Agents SDK AWS Cloud Services REST APIs & Enterprise Integrations Prompt Engineering & AI Agents

• Experience - 4–8 years in AI/ML/software engineering
• Location – Hyderabad, Uppal NSL ITSEZ Ramanthapur
• Mode of Work - Work From Office (WFO)
• Position Type - Permanent/Fulltime
• Working Hours – 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST

As one of ERPA's foundational AI Engineers, you'll design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions supporting executive leadership, sales, marketing, finance, HR, reporting, analytics, and business automation.

Beyond delivering high-quality AI solutions, you'll help establish engineering standards, build reusable AI frameworks, influence the technical direction of our AI platform, and mentor future engineers as our AI organization grows.

Develop enterprise RAG solutions and AI Agents.

Build multi-agent workflows using modern AI frameworks.

Integrate AI with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

Optimize LLM performance, scalability, security, latency, and operational cost.

Develop reusable AI components, frameworks, and engineering best practices.

Own AI initiatives from concept and prototyping through production deployment.

4–8 years of Software Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering experience

Strong Python programming skills

Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and AWS

Experience with enterprise AI applications and modern AI frameworks

A startup mindset with strong ownership, innovation, and execution
