Art Director (InDesign)

Are you passionate about design and storytelling through corporate communications We're looking for a highly skilled Art Director (InDesign) to join our growing creative team. You'll collaborate with both Manila-based and US counterparts to design annual reports, proxy statements, sustainability reports, and other corporate documents for top US corporations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with creatives and layout artists to deliver high-quality corporate reports that balance strong branding and reader-friendly design.
• Ideate and design compelling layouts, studies, and infographics.
• Collaborate with the Manila Production team to deliver a high volume of work on time.
• Present and explain design ideas confidently to the Manila team, US counterparts, and occasionally to US-based clients.
• Stay on top of report design trends and the US corporate and cultural landscape.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• 2–4 years managing artists/typesetters and working on corporate annual reports.
• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Deep knowledge of typography, print design, and infographic design.
• Strong communication skills (English/Tagalog), able to present ideas clearly and confidently.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, or shifts when required.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
• Work setup: 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home per week

• Knowledge of printing processes.
