The
Art Director is responsible for the overall visual execution output related to all campaigns and pitches and coordinates work input and output with the graphic designers.
The
Art Director will review and approve designs, artworks, photography, and graphics developed by the creative team to ensure creative excellence and alignment with the agreed creative brief / direction and/or brand bible.
The Art Director will help push the company's creative capacity to produce outstanding visual executions.
Perform other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time by the immediate superiors and/or company officers.
Accountabilities
- The art director is responsible for the creative visual output of the team; this may be through giving of guidance or creating a visual asset himself (Key Visuals) to provide visual direction.
- He / she is responsible for the consistent and reliable coordination with the accounts team
- He / she must be mindful that the output adheres to digital standards or rules (i.e. Facebook text to image ratio, ASC guidelines etc).
- He / she must be the gatekeeper of output that adheres to identified brand guidelines
Essential
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Art or Design, or communication
- Skilled in graphic imaging software
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- After effects
- Work experience in the advertising industry or graphic design
Nice-To-Have
- Certified training
- Advertising / Fine Arts / Digital Arts degree
- At least 5 years work experience in the related field
