In this role, you'll shape the visual language for brands across digital and print, from concept development to final execution. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to create visuals that look great, perform well, and deliver real impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CREATIVE STRATEGY & DIRECTION
- Lead creative concepting for multi-platform campaigns, shaping visuals that challenge convention and elevate brands.
- Translate client objectives into bold visual narratives that connect and convert.
- Present and defend your ideas with clarity, confidence, and creative conviction.
- Collaborate with content strategists, writers, and marketers to ensure every creative piece aligns with campaign goals and audience insight.
DESIGN EXECUTION & OVERSIGHT
- Lead and oversee the creation of digital and print materials that align with each brand's identity and campaign goals.
- Digital assets: social media posts, stories, ads, reels, newsletters, and presentation decks.
- Print materials: banners, posters, catalogues, campaign collateral, and traditional media.
- Ensure design quality and consistency across all touchpoints while keeping the creative output fresh and adaptable.
- Guide and support designers and creators by providing clear direction, constructive feedback, and a collaborative work environment.
- Stay informed on current design trends, cultural shifts, and digital tools to keep our creative work relevant and effective.
CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS & COLLABORATION
- Serve as the main creative point of contact for clients, turning ideas and objectives into strong visual concepts.
- Lead creative presentations, welcome feedback with openness, and refine work based on shared goals.
- Work closely with internal teams across marketing, strategy, and production to ensure campaigns are aligned, cohesive, and well-executed.
TOOLS & INNOVATION
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiar with AI-assisted design tools and open to exploring new technologies that improve workflow and creativity.
- Committed to continuous learning through company-supported programs and self-driven development.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of experience in art direction, design, or creative leadership, ideally within a digital agency or marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and a range of design executions.
- Proven ability to lead projects from idea to delivery while managing multiple priorities.
- Skilled in presenting creative concepts and leading discussions with clients in fluent English.
