We are looking for an Art Director who is ready to lead a team, master new tools (like SketchUp and AI), and help us shape the future of our clients brands.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Art Director based in Mandaluyong, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Art Director will oversee creative direction, branding initiatives, and ensure consistent artistic quality across all projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design teams, creating visual concepts, managing branding efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact visual assets. As we often work with multi-dimensional brand experiences, you will also collaborate on spatial designs and environmental branding.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction to guide and oversee artistic projects effectively.

• Strong skills in Branding and Graphics to develop and maintain cohesive and impactful brand identities.

• 3D Proficiency (specifically SketchUp) is a significant plus; however, we are happy to provide training and mentorship in this area for the right candidate.

• Excellent team leadership and communication skills to collaborate with diverse creative professionals and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the creative and/or entertainment industry is an advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
