Job Description

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the assigned area in day-to-day operations to ensure maximum productivity and help achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Distribute generated leads to sales teams
  • Assist in calling warm leads and referrals sourced from different channels
  • Update leads tracker and provide end of day report to Area Sales Head
  • Collect and organize the monthly performance review of account officers
  • Assist in the actual Audit review of teams
  • Maintain an inventory of and file request for office and marketing supplies
  • Perform admin tasks including data entry, filing and safekeeping of documents
  • Attend to calls and inquiries of other departments

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year degree course
  • Experience related to administrative support
  • Possesses good communication and customer service skills
  • Must have basic mathematical knowledge
  • With high integrity
  • Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets
