Join our dynamic team at Onelife Studio, Inc.! In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the success of our fitness studio and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage and oversee the daily sales operations, including client bookings, membership management, and revenue tracking
- Lead and motivate the sales and customer service teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, improve processes, and make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and promotional strategies
- Ensure the studio's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and meet safety and quality standards
- Provide training and support to the sales and operations teams to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise studio operations
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree (Four year course) in Business Administration, Sales, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience for supervisory or management role preferably in Wellness Industry
- Analytical, has good problem solving, good conflict/ feedback management
- Positive and passionate attitude towards work
- Willingness to travel between studio locations within the assigned location as required
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours if necessary.
