Qualifications And Requirements
- Experience as a Sales Agent, Field Sales, or Area Sales Representative
- Industry background in tools, construction materials, or hardware products is required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to conduct regular fieldwork within assigned area
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused
- Handle sales activities and client accounts across assigned territories
- Promote company products related to power tools, hand tools, and construction or hardware supplies
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop potential accounts
- Conduct regular field visits, product demonstrations, and sales negotiations
- Monitor market movements, competitor pricing, and customer requirements
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports and forecasts
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and collection goals
